The shampoo has been such a pleasant surprise to me. I usually buy unscented hair care products, but I knew that Innersense would be good for my hair and the scent is beautifully subtle and delicious without any negative consequences. I was so amazed at how little one needs to wash their hair. It lathers up into the most silky foam, so that deceptively slim bottle lasts a very long time. This is a medium hold hairspray that you can spray later in the afternoon if you want without being sticky or stiff yet somehow holds your hair in place. It’s a miracle ! Most hairsprays that I have tried are stiff and reminds me of my grandmother - not this one. It’s easy to use and I’m so happy it comes in a travel size. Most importantly to me is that it doesn’t dry out my hair or make me itchy by the end of the day. It certainly helps with my frizz and feels very gentle.

Of all the products that I have bought from Innsrsense, this Sweet Spirit is THE game changer ! It makes my hair soft, less frizzy ( almost impossible in the summer ) and shiny. The scent is so beautifully light but it’s what it does in just a small amount that changes everything. If you never try anything else, try this. What a difference a small amount makes. This conditioner is gorgeously thick and coats each strand leaving my hair so soft and beautifully tangle free. Usually I buy zero scented products but this scent is delicate yet unique and delicious smelling. It doesn’t cause me a negative reaction. A little goes a long way with the shampoo and conditioner. I’m really pleased with it overall.
