Organic hydrating hair mask for dry hair

This luxurious mask is designed to repair and revitalize dry, coarse and damaged hair. Best for dry, thick or thirsty hair, this rich treatment mask is crafted with flax seed, shea butter, coconut and tamanu oils and quinoa to repair hair while delivering rich hydration and shine.

Shea Butter

An intense moisturizer, is high in fatty acids and nutrients.

Flax Seed

High in Omega-3 fatty acids, restores strength and elasticity, reducing breakage.

Tamanu

Abundant in antioxidants, essential fatty acids and nutrients to regenerate, strengthen and protect. Lightweight and easily absorbed into the hair without build up. Hydrolyzed Quinoa adds proteins rich in nutrients, vitamins and  amino acids.

Coconut Oil

Derived from the fatty acids of coconut provides moisture. Essential oils of Sage and Vanilla provide a tranquilizing and relaxing ceremonial experience.

Highly concentrated

Innersense Organic Beauty products are highly concentrated, with approximately 40% water content, versus 70-80% in other lines, so they last twice as long.

Pre-cleanse with the shampoo of your choice. Remove excess water and apply mask mid-length to ends. Feel the healing presence for 5-10 minutes, or longer if needed. Rinse thoroughly.

HH PRO TIP

If you have coarser hair, you can apply your conditioner after, and rinse as usual. This will provide additional softening to the hair strands.

All our products are researched, tested and curated by our Founder, Diana Osborne. Diana has been a licensed hairstylist since 2009, with a specialty in clean beauty and ingredients over the last decade. You can read more about Our Standards, and banned ingredients.

How fast will it ship?

Once your order is placed we usually pack and ship it out in 1 business day! The speed of shipping can be chosen at checkout.

What is your return policy?

To avoid waste, we carry many products in smaller sizes (2oz) so you can try them out, as well as the option to receive professional recommendations and avoid the hassle of returns. If you have purchased a product that really doesn't work for you, please contact us as we'd love to provide you with support!

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 21 days for store credit. *

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective products, we must be notified within 21 days of the order being delivered to you.

Decent for an organic ingredient mask

This mask compares to conventional mask performance but leaves my bangs stringy without volume if product gets into them. The instructions say to apply from mid-length to ends but if I do that then my dry frizzy fine bangs feel even more dry and frizzy. The scent is very mild. The texture doesn’t have a lot of ‘slip’ like more conventional products and hair can still feel tangly when applying. I use a shower comb but find I can lose hair that way if not careful. This doesn’t do a lot to eliminate frizz but is decent for moisturizing and adds some shine. I air-dry my long, colored, frizzy, medium textured, wavy hair and this sort of makes it feel clumpy - like, frizzy hair with oil in it. It might feel better if you heat style. I was deliberating between 3-4 stars but decided to give it 4 because it’s organic and I like that philosophy and have yet to find clean hair products which do better.

Hello Mairishka and thank you for your review! I'm happy to hear that you have found this mask to be the best performing organic hair mask! For your bangs, I recommend avoiding the hair mask, and simply putting conditioner as usual in them, and rinsing everything very well as the product is very concentrated. I also wanted to mention, in terms of reducing frizz, I recommend styling products with hold, as hair masks will work more on the softness and strength in the hair, not the finished look. I hope this helps!

Love this mask, especially in

Love this mask, especially in the winter months when my hair is more dry. I have thin hair (but a fair amount of it) that gets oily at the roots and dry at the ends. I use this just on my ends, often instead of conditioner, and it helps balance my hair.
