All of your hair and scalp questions answered!
Once this service is purchased, you receive an automatic download which includes the in depth questionnaire, to be filled out before scheduling your meeting. Then, you'll have a 30 minute chat over Zoom with Diana to come up with a plan to give you your best hair experience! All discussions are welcome, from which products to use, to styling tips and other lifestyle habits. We will not be providing services on how to cut or colour your own hair at this time.
You will receive all the information laid out in the In Depth Consult via PDF afterwards for future use, a recording of the session if you wish, as well as a special code for $20 to be used in the online store.
We also have amazing resources in our Blog and on our Instagram, with tips on nutrition for hair growth, how to use various products, how to make the switch to clean haircare, and so much more!

How do you choose your products?
All our products are researched, tested and curated by our Founder, Diana Osborne. Diana has been a licensed hairstylist since 2009, with a specialty in clean beauty and ingredients over the last decade. You can read more about Our Standards, and banned ingredients.
How fast will it ship?
Once your order is placed we usually pack and ship it out in 1 business day! The speed of shipping can be chosen at checkout.
What is your return policy?
To avoid waste, we carry many products in smaller sizes (2oz) so you can try them out, as well as the option to receive professional recommendations and avoid the hassle of returns. If you have purchased a product that really doesn't work for you, please contact us as we'd love to provide you with support!
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 21 days for store credit. *
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective products, we must be notified within 21 days of the order being delivered to you.
*Excludes sale items, gift cards, eBooks and digital services, hair accessories, pillowcases and brushes. Customer is responsible for the cost to return the products back.
